The Challenge


Orwig's Fine Finishing reached out to us in fall of 2021 with concerns about organizing and growing their business after having recently transitioned from a sole proprietorship to a partnership and employee model.

What We Did


We began by meeting with owner partners Ronnie Orwig and Troy Engle to identify their challenges. We learned that their primary concerns centered around the company's need to develop systems and standards that better aligned with an employee and customer facing model. The main goal was to create a more concise communication flow with clients that made scheduling, invoicing, and overall logistics easier to navigate for an improved administrative and customer experience.


What We Achieved


Once we established the best approach to onboarding new customers and getting them connected to the team, we got to work selecting the imagery and color scheme that suited the brand for use on a new website. This particular website build was a collaborative effort with Alex & Amanda Gann, of Real Blue Sky (SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT & GRAPHIC DESIGN). Once we selected our the team at Jobber, we worked with Real Blue Sky to recommend page design and layout based on Jobber's prospect onboarding feature, which is embedded for use on the Orwig's website.


We also conducted a Brand Review to streamline and optimize their Social Media presence on Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.


We also automated the deal flow from start to finish using the software infrastructure on Jobber for ease of service and tracking.


To complement the website, we also designed marketing collateral to further boost outreach efforts.
